These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at sdnmarinepty.site (the "Site") and the marine services provided by SDN Marine Pty Ltd (ABN 93 699 934 257, ACN 699 934 257) ("we", "us", or "our"). SDN Marine Pty Ltd provides marine services including but not limited to engine and mechanical repairs, hull and fit-out work, electrical and electronics installation, inspections and certification, storage and maintenance, and parts and supplies. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
All services are performed in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee or warranty provided by the ACL.
All quotes provided by us are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if additional work or materials are required beyond the original scope.
Where a quote is accepted, a written confirmation and deposit may be required before work commences. Final invoices will be issued upon completion of services.
Payment is due in accordance with the terms stated on your invoice. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or cash. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 10% per annum or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
